Return can be acceptable only damages during the shipment (UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST, NO PAUSE NO CUT, VIDEO MUST CAPTURE BEFORE UNPACKING THE COURIER PACKAGE). Replacement can be placed for damaged product. NO REFUND.

 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping charges if UNBOXING VIDEO ISN'T CAPTURED FROM UNPACKING THE COURIER BAG.

If the item you received was damaged, defective or missing, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will replace the item at our discretion.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging material. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will arrange the replacement.
